I purchased the Danby DWC286BLS wine fridge and 15 days after the warranty expired the thing quit. When I called Danby they said that is a real drag but you are on your own.
This is one of 4 Danby products I won and I assure you that I will not be in a hurry to buy another. While they seemed like a good deal at the time they appear to be very poor at customer service. I fell insulted by the fact that I was very matter of factly blow off. “Sir you are on your own.” It is sad that a company is completely unwilling to look after a customer.
