Main Features of All Viking Undercounter 24-bottle wine coolers
All models have stainless steel cabinet with black interior and tempered, UV-filtering glass doors fileld with Argon gas for increased thermal insulation.
The door can be locked to protect your precious wines from unwanted access. Whichever model you choose you can order it with either left door hinge or right hinge.
The low-intesity interior light turns on when the door is opened. The soft interior light can be also turned on with the light switch enabling you to showcase your wine collection to your friends whenever you want to.
The light generates minimal heat preventing the interior of the cooler getting too warm.
The so-called TruProtect™ system is an alarm feature and it warns you with audible signal when the door is left open or the temperatur inside the unit is out of the set range.
You can set Viking wine cellars to operate in Sabbath mode which disables audible signals, LED display and the interior light.

Shelving
6 roller shelves can smoothly pulled out so that you can access your wines. The shelves are coated to eliminate vibration casued by the cooler’s compressor. The shelves cradle the wine bottles snugly in horizontal position keeping the corks moist to prevent them getting dried out.
The racks are equipped with special locks to prevent sudden pulling out by accident. The natural maple wood fronts on the shelves enhances the wine refrigerator’s sophistaced elegance that is charateristic of Viking appliances. Besides their attractiveneess the wood facings provide additional protection against UV light.
Should you want to store a few bottles of your favorite champagne shelves can be removed and rearranged so that you can fit in larger, magnum bottles.
Temperature Control
Each model has hidden touchpad controls with which you can set the wine fridge to maintain cooling temperature between 40 – 65 ºF and digital displays. Temperature can be set to be displayed in either deg. Fahrenheit or deg. Celsius.
